If the need should arrive for you to have to cancel your retreat, please note the following:
- More than 90 days before retreat start date you will receive 100% of your payment less $250 administration fee or 100% credit to another Vividly Woman event.
- 60-90 days before start of retreat date you will receive 75% of your payment less $250 administration fee or credit 100% to another Vividly Woman event.
- 30-60 days before start of retreat date you will receive 50% of your payment or 75% credit to another Vividly Woman event.
- 30 days or less before start of retreat we cannot refund any of your payment but we can credit you 50% toward the tuition of a future Vividly Woman event.
